The University Health Professions Office provides advising and support to students interested in pursuing careers in the health professions. This includes academic preparation assistance for undergraduates, post-baccalaureate students, non-degree seeking students, and alumni, as well as information about health careers, application procedures, and entrance exams. Students are encouraged to seek advice and consult with the UHPO advising staff early in their college career. We are now on Facebook! You will find office information, recommended links, a discussion page and more. Important deadlines, changes to prerequisites and admissions requirements and tips will be posted periodically. "Like" us by searching for "UTSA Health Professions Office" and be sure to forward to all of your friends who might also benefit from this user friendly resource! The UHPO is located at the 1604 Campus (Multidisciplinary Studies Building, Room 3.02.10). The front desk of the UHPO is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Appointment and walk-in times are different every week. Please check the Services section.
