Set Up Out-of-Office Reply (Entourage)

Because UTSA e-mail is a Microsoft Exchange account, you can use the Out of Office Assistant. You do not need to leave Entourage running for the reply messages to be sent.

How to Set Up the Out-of-Office Assistant

  1. Click Mail. Entourage Mail icon
  2. Click your Microsoft Exchange account (i.e. your name) for which you want to turn on out-of-office messages.

  4. On the Tools menu, click Out of Office.
  5. In the Reply to message with box, type the text that you want to include in your automatic reply.
  6. Click OK.
