Share, Delegation and Recurring Appointments in Calendar

Outlook 2003

  1. Navigate to your Outlook Calendar.
  2. Click Share My Calendar.
  3. On the Calendar Properties window, select the Permissions tab.
  4. Click Add to bring up the contact list.
  5. Select a user, then select a Permission Level from the drop-down box.
  6. To allow another user to see your calendar without granting them update access, select Reviewer.
  7. To allow the user to create appointments on your calendar, select Contributor.
  8. Click OK to save your changes.

View and update recurring appointments

To view ONLY your recurring appointments:

  1. Select View > Arrange By > Current View > Recurring Appointments.
  2. To go back to the default view, select View > Arrange By >Current View > Day/Week/Month.
  3. To update, double-click a recurring appointment, then choose Open this Occurrence or Open the Series.
  4. Make your changes, then select Save.
