Recover Deleted E-mail
When mail is deleted from your Inbox, it is sent to the Deleted Items folder, in case you need to recover it. One of the space-saving techniques is to routinely empty your Deleted Items folder.
Microsoft Exchange stores e-mail on the system for a length of time, which means it may be possible to recover e-mail that has been deleted.
