UTSA Digital IDs
E-mail messages sent with a digital ID show that the sender is a trusted source. All UTSA faculty and staff members are eligible to obtain a VeriSign digital ID for their individual e-mail account.
Once the digital ID has been installed in the Outlook mailbox, every message sent by that user can carry the digital signature. As a user, you control which messages will be signed. Recipients of your e-mail messages will know that your message was sent by a valid and trusted source.
