Change Name Associated with Extension Line or Voicemail Box
To change the name of the user of a telephone extension or voicemail box, the department/unit head or administrative associate should send an e-mail to oitconnect@utsa.edu with the following information:
Subject Line: Change name of extension line/voicemail box
Name of department/college
Department account number
Current name under extension number
Name of user extension number will be changed to
Extension number
