Minor in Sociology
All students pursuing a Minor in Sociology must complete 21 semester credit hours, 12 of which must be at the upper-division level.

6 semester credit hours:
SOC 1013 Introduction to Sociology
and
SOC 3343 Classical Sociological Theory
or
SOC 3353 Contemporary Sociological Theory
3 semester credit hours of methods courses:
SOC 3313 Quantitative Methods in Sociology
or
SOC 3373 Qualitative Research Methods - 12 semester credit hours of Sociology electives
